The Aloha Pavilion at The Westin Maui Resort & Spa is a stunning, open-air venue that captures the essence of Hawaii’s natural beauty and cultural spirit. Nestled amidst lush tropical gardens and overlooking the sparkling Pacific Ocean, the pavilion serves as the perfect setting for The Westin Maui’s renowned luau experience.

Ka'anapali Shuttle Service

Complimentary Shuttle Service:

  • Available for guests staying at The Westin Ka’anapali Ocean Resort Villas, The Westin Nanea Ocean Resort Villas and The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa.
  • Please visit any concierge desk to obtain the shuttle services scheduled hours, pick-up and drop off locations.
  • All guests will be dropped off and picked-up from The Whalers Village guest entrance.

Parking Details

Self Parking Options:

1) The Westin Maui Parking Garage

    • Enter the parking garage at the first gate entrance from The Westin Maui driveway on the left-hand side.
    • The parking garage gate will be open for 1 hour once the show concludes.
    • A parking fee of $40 (plus tax) will be charged to the guests if they miss to exit the parking garage 1 hour after the luau show concludes.
    • Valet Parking – $50 (valet tax)

2) Whalers Village Parking Garage:

      • Located within walking distance to the resort
      • Tickets are validated if a purchase is made at the Whalers Village Shops, with a minimum spend of $15.

Pre-Show Check-In Location at The Westin Maui

Luau Check-in

Check-in desk for the Wailele Lū‘au is conveniently located in the Main Lobby adjacent to the Front Desk on the right-hand side of the waterfall.

Please note that seating at the Aloha Pavilion begins at 5:00 pm during our Winter Hours from October 1st through March 31st and at 5:30 pm during our Summer Hours from April 1st through September 30th, allowing you plenty of time to soak in the beauty of the resort before the evening’s festivities begin.

  • Doors open at 5 p.m.

Summer Hours
(April 1st – September 30th)

  • Doors open at 5:30 p.m

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation made by 5 p.m., 2 days prior to the date of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Show will still be held rain or shine and will only be cancelled with extreme weather circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
